While looking for shoes for my seven year old (the same one who wears stickers) at my favorite children’s consignment shop (Playroom Closet in West Allis) I stumbled across the most amazing pair of shoes-in a woman’s size! Nine bucks! Yeah, I bought those…I dont’ quibble over the venue.
(And no, I’m not squeezing my feet into them, the size is perfect.) I’d say that this was quite a productive shopping trip!
Never did find my daughter some shoes. Oh well, I’ll have to make another trip!
all over her body! She has Star Wars characters on the front of her turtle neck and down the side of her pants. Really, this isn’t any sillier than the things I’ve seen on women around town.
It seems to me that THE accessory of the season is the boot. That’s why I have an app on my iphone for it! (besides, it’s free)
Of course, by the time I’ve decided on a pair for cold weather, there will be snow on the ground, and I’ll need a totally different kind of boot!

I saw a photo of a woman wearing those elegant, old fashion gloves and thought about how my hands would really look much better all covered up.
Then, I wondered if gloves might come back with H1N1 and all the other nasty things out there. Hmmm.
